If you want to be like everyone else, follow the wave. However, if you want to stand out as a Blogger, you will have to be different. Here we present ten good ways to differentiate yourself from everyone else, by bringing something unique to the table.
1. Be generous: One of the most effective ways to get attention is to be generous. Respond to comments. Interact with other blogs. Promote the work of others. Offer something. Continually look for ways to offer something to the blogging community and you will quickly go from being a generous blogger to one worth following.
2. Be Passionate: when you're genuinely excited about something, your audience notices. Write about topics that really interest you, and look for ways to express your passion to those who read it. This can be through videos, podcasts or something else. Do what feels right to you.
3. Be everywhere: Making your blog visible is more than publishing regular content. You need to find ways to reach your audience even outside your website. Get involved in redes sociais, such as Twitter or Facebook, publishing links to your content, related links and news of interest. Write by invitation on other blogs to reach other audiences. Do what you can to be in as many places as possible to build your online presence.
4. Have an alternative view: when everyone in your niche says “yes”, be the person who says “no”. An alternative point of view might be the thing that makes it interesting. Try this carefully – being different just because rarely works. Your audience needs to feel like you are being authentic.
5. Try a different spin: talk business like a comedian. Talk about recipes through poems. Create a photography blog where you only post photos taken at a certain time every day. Do what you can to have a different approach to your subject of interest, and you will certainly stand out.

8. Build true relationships: your readers are more than numbers; they're people. Spend time connecting and engaging these people to build real relationships. You will quickly stand out from other bloggers, building your audience over time.
9. Don't give up: Anyone can start a blog and give up within the first year – that's what most bloggers do. So, instead of joining the statistics, don't give up. If you continue publishing consistently for more than a year, you will already be in that restricted group of those who don't give up.
