OC@S not only produces authentic writing; they also offer a set of tools that are beneficial for search engine optimization.
However, if you're looking for a quick overview of how to operate it, you've come to the right place.

Getting Started with Understanding C@S
Getting started with a new app can seem daunting, but it’s easy with Content at Scale.
Consider these essential steps when you decide to start using it for the first time:
Choose a Pricing Plan
First, it’s vital to choose a plan that aligns with your needs. Consider whether you’re operating independently or with a team. Estimate the volume of posts you’ll produce each month. Consider whether you need comprehensive keyword research, content briefs, or a wide range of content generation ideas.
The service offers a variety of pricing options that can be customized to your needs. Monthly costs can range from €39 to €1,499, based on the details of your plan and your chosen payment method.

Adjust Project Configuration
It’s a smart move to check and adjust your project settings before diving into your content edits. To do this, move your cursor to the left side of the screen and click on the settings icon labeled “Project Settings.”
Take some time to familiarize yourself with the options available, highlighting the key settings you can change:
- Site Icon: Define an icon that represents your website or project.
- Takeaways: You have the option to enable or disable a takeaways section and set an appropriate header for it.
- Social Networks: Provides spaces for links to your social media profiles and other websites.
- Colors: Offers customization options for post backgrounds and text colors.
- FAQs: You can enable or disable a FAQs section based on your preferences.

Manual Content Optimization
You might be tempted to quickly upload AI-generated content directly to your blog, but I would advise against doing so without careful review.
Even with advanced AI models, inaccuracies known as ‘hallucinations’ can occur, making it crucial to manually go through each post to improve and refine your content. The tools provided by Content at Scale aim to simplify this process for you.
To start editing, go back to your dashboard and click the Edit button, marked with a pencil icon, next to any post. This will take you to an editing interface similar to the following image:
The editing interface features four sections on the right side:
- SEO: This section assesses your content's potential to rank in search engines, providing details on SEO elements like URL slugs and keywords, along with an optimization score.
- Research: Here you can see articles with similar topics that are already ranking and get plagiarism scores and AI content probability.
- Multimedia: This tool lets you enhance your post with additional multimedia elements, such as videos, images, and embedded Tweets.
- History: Records edits made to your article, allowing you to track changes over time.
In the Research section, if you choose to check for plagiarism or AI content likelihood, any problematic segments in your writing will be highlighted.
To adjust them, you can either take control and edit them manually, or you can use the built-in AI by selecting the questionable text, right-clicking, and choosing the 'rewrite' option from the menu.
Once you've refined your content to achieve an acceptable SEO score, it's time to move on to publishing.
How to Share Your Content with the World
There are several ways to work with the content you’ve created. You can copy and paste it directly into your content management system, download it as a Word document, or upload it to Google Docs. If you’re a WordPress user, we recommend integrating your dashboard directly with WordPress for added convenience.
To connect your dashboard to WordPress, go back to your Project Settings. If you don’t know where that is, refer to Step 3 of the previous instructions. Once there, click on Integrations to open the necessary window:
Choose the Download to WordPress option and proceed to upload the file to your WordPress website as a plugin. After installation, you will be asked to enter an API key, which you can find by clicking on the Gear icon located in the top right corner of the page where you downloaded the WordPress Plugin.
With these steps completed, your content creation setup using C@S is now fully ready and running efficiently.
What Comes After This?
With Content at Scale, you no longer need to work late into the night to produce high-quality articles for your blog, especially when you’re just starting out. You can easily create long-form, in-depth content without extensive knowledge of SEO or blogging. That’s the advantage Content at Scale offers.
That said, I still suggest customizing articles to make them your own. Introduce your own unique style, tweak some phrases, and add your own perspective. While AI is a useful tool, it can’t beat the authenticity of someone who’s truly passionate about their content.
And with that, you’ve now finished the Content at Scale guide.
